I have a fairly regular cycle, which has been 30 days long on average. The last time I had any kind of sex was end-October, and my last period was November 21st.
Experienced brown spotting over the past two days. Today, red streaks of blood.
Is this likely to be an irregular period? Abrasions from masturbating? God forbid, chlamydia? I'm both bewildered and kinda freaked. Didn't get any soreness of breasts or PMSy symptoms, so yeah. :/ Would appreciate any - well, not advice. Explanation, maybe.
Thank you, with much gratitude.

It's also possible you're having ovulatory spotting: some women do sometimes.

Ooh, no, never done intercourse before, and don't consider myself ready for it. Only oral and manual. I didn't know ovulation caused spotting... Well, that really sets my mind as ease! *feels a little silly for freaking out*
