Tonight my boyfriend and I had our first date. We didn't do anything over stimulating or anything. Towards the end of the evening we went to a park and sat on a bench, with his arm around me. When I came home, I discovered that my period hard started.
I am not supposed to get my period until Wednesday, but I got it today. Roughly 5 days early. But that's not the part that I'm curious about.
I was wondering if there was some connection between my boyfriend and my feelings and my period. Hormone level or something? I have no idea. Which is why I came here.
Is it a coincidence, or is there science behind it?

Women's cycles change as they grow and mature, and this is especially true of teens. It's possible this is simply a natural change for you, or a fluke this month.
There's such a thing as stress and illness delaying a period through delayed ovulation; the body looks for optimal conditions for a pregnancy prior to releasing an egg. I'm aware of no condition that would actually speed the process of ovulation, and if it were chemicals/hormones involved well.. let's just say women would have to time and space out their orgasms bigtime.
