Absolutely - you may even find that they're slightly different in size once you've finished growing. Humans aren't perfectly symmetrical, and it's totally normal to have one breast larger than the other.

Yep, it's also completely normal for your breasts to be different sizes when they're finished growing!
In fact, the majority of women have asymetrical breasts - some have a more noticable size difference than others, but whether a small amount, or a full cup size, it is completely, 100% normal.
