Maybe I'm just over reacting and this is natural, but for a long time... maybe about 5 years, when I get active like if I simply just carry laundry downstairs or walk a few blocks to school or down the street, my vagina secretes a lot, sometimes it's the thick clear/white liquid, and sometimes it's annoying sticky globs that ruin my panties and it's a gross feeling in my underwear the rest of the day. This happens all the time, everyday. I frequently have to go to the bathroom to clean up sometimes and it's a little embarassing and annoying. I've worn pantyliners usually, but I really don't feel like wearing them everyday all the time. Is there a reason for all of this?
Sure, the vagina is a self-cleaning organ and it does this by producing discharge. Unless your discharge has chunks, has a strong odor or is of some weird color such as grayish or greenish for example, it's not something to worry about.
The amount and consistency of your dicharge tends to vary a lot throughout your cycle, too.
Of course, if you noticed that this was happening mostly during intense physical activities, you might also be looking possibly at sweat in addition to your vaginal discharge.
