My mum came out a couple of years ago and subsequently has gone to live with her partner and i now live with my dad. It was really hard to accept at first, partially because it was such a shock. I've always thought of mself as being really open-minded and accepting but these situations really do test you, especially because my dad was having such a hard time. I've totally come to terms with it now though, I can see how happy she is and that's what matters. I just miss not having her at home.
I have been questioning my sexuality for months now. I think I'm probably gay or bisexual. Anyway to your point about 15 minutes ago I looked at the history on my computer and saw gay porn sites...My dad was looking at them and didn't clear the history! I just kept saying "This is f*ckin' insane!" to myself. I think my dad is gay and in denial or never told anyone about it...It is a huge shock...my parents are getting divorced now...I guess i got the gay/bisexual gene from my dad. Life is crazy but we gotta be strong.
Well, when I was about 4 my mom and dad went to live in different houses. I kept whining in that way that little kids have, "whyyyyyyyyy???" and mom said, "I'll tell you when you're older." When i was about 8 or 9 I let the subject drop temporarily, but when I was 11 I caught her off guard and she told me he was gay. 6 monthss or so later I found a gay porn site in Dad's history, but didn't confront him. He's nevefr said to me "I'm gay" outright but basically he's come out as I have. We're cool w/it.
