I've noticed that while this forum is called "GLBT Relationships" there seems to be a lot of focus on the GLB and very little on the T. So, here's a topic specifically for people involved in transgender/transsexual/genderqueer/etc relationships.
As some of you already know, my partner is a pre-op MtF transsexual -- I came out about it in a thread over here in the Gender Issues forum. I wanted to start this topic here as well, though, because my previous topic is specific to my experience with a transsexual, and there's such a wide range of differences among trans people and their partners.
So, if you or someone in your life identifies as some variety of trans, and you want to talk about how that affects (in a good way, in a bad way, or whatever) your relationship, type away.
