If you're over 18, and in or around Chicago, I just wanted to alert you to a fairly last-minute event I have upcoming there (it's my hometown), that I'd love to see some of you at:
quote:Are you in or near Chicago and free Tuesday, February 3rd from 7:30 to 9:00?
Let me rephrase that: are you free Tuesday, February 3rd from 7:30 to 9:00, and would you like to be part of a moderated group discussion between some older women and some younger women about women's sexuality?
Women of different ages, identities and experiences have so much to offer each other, especially when it comes to our sexuality. We so infrequently have candid, diverse cross-generational discussions and we so rarely find real address of our sexuality, for ourselves, by ourselves, in mainstream culture. I'm organizing an experimental, moderated roundtable for women to share our different experiences and hopefully through doing so, might better understand each other, ourselves and the diversities and common threads of sexuality among women. This event is for those who are cisgender or transgender women only, please, and attendees must be 18 or older due to the location of the event.
The roundtable will happen at Early to Bed at 5232 N. Sheridan Rd. on Chicago's north side. It is a fairly small space, so it's going to be a bit first-come, first-serve in terms of who gets back to me on this if you want a guaranteed spot.
If you've interest, can you drop me a line back and let me know?
