Wellll, typically I start my period at the end of the month and so I was expecting it to come last weekend. It did not. My mother knows about this, and she keeps asking me why I haven't started my period yet, and today she asked me if I did anything that could have gotten me pregnant. I told her no, and I am fairly positive about that, except for the obvious, I haven't started my period yet. Me and my boyfriend don't have intercourse, and he always stops me so he doesn't orgasm when I give him a handjob. The only risk I can think of is that when I do give him a handjob this clear stuff comes out of his penis and he wipes it off on his pants and then like sometime after that he might finger me. So I don't know,I am highly confuzzled and slightly freaked out right now. Insight would be greatly appreciated...

I'm sorry your mother is being intrusive and making you feel scared and confused. That's not okay! Have you let her know how her questions are making you feel?
How do you chart your periods? You say they usually come at the end of the month, which sounds to me like you may not be keeping very close track of them? And if you are not charting closely, it may be that you just don't know what your cycle looks like and when your period should be due. So, you may not be late at all.
But even if you are charting correctly and your period is, in fact,a bit late - that's still not a big deal. Periods are late sometimes. From what you say, you have not had a pregnancy risk, so that is not something you need to be worried about.
