I am a concerned 19 year old, just a few months ago I was involved with a guy, we did not have penetrative sex because I was afraid to lose my virginity and I did not want to fall pregnant. So we grinded with our clothes on but at some stage I had my clothes off and only had my panty on and he had his boxers and jeans On. I cannot remember getting wet or anything like that but I wonder is it possible that his sperm could have gone through. I have been and I still am on the injection contraception. Do I have any reason to worry or am I just being paranoid? My stomach has been feeling weird these past few weeks and I have staggering pelvic pains almost like menstrual pains. I've been spotting and at first the spotting was just dark brown ruddy discharge and then a few days later it became bright red blood spotting. Please advice as to what I should do, I am also considering to go for a test but I need to somehow know what to expect.
