i have read some posts but i still want to be sure if im pregnant or not. my boyfriend was fingering my and he touched his penis to "adjust" it occasionally. he said it was wet but he claimed to have wiped it on bedsheets before fingering me again. he never did fully ejaculate, so im not worried about that. what im worried is if his precum could get me pregnant, and what the chances are even after wiping it on bedsheets. my period is a week late, and it usually isnt irregular like this. if im used to having regular periods, is it normal just to skip a period sometimes? just without a reason? also, if stress is the reason why my period is so late, will it eventually come or do i need to wait for another full month before it could come? thanks Posts: 3 | From: canada | Registered: Aug 2012

Hi hithere123 and welcome to Scarleteen.
No, symptoms of pregnancy don't show up this early. What you describe as symptoms could be any numbe rof things, including premenstrual symptoms, stress, or both.
The only way to know whether you're pregnant or not is to take a pregnancy test, either by getting a home pregnancy test or by going to a doctor or clinic and being tested there.
