You have had a significant pregnancy risk, as well as an STI risk. Even without ejaculation, pre-ejaculate ("pre-cum") is still present, and can contain sperm. Since your period is now late, you can take a pregnancy test and get an accurate result. You and your partner will also want to schedule a full STI screening in a month or so, with another one six months after that if you're not currently up to date with those.

Per the previous sexual activity: if condoms were used for all genital contact, did not break or slip off, and were used every single time, then your pregnancy risk from those times is minimal.

Inaccurate results are very rare. Make sure to follow the directions on the package, and test with the first morning's urine (it's the most concentrated). If you do end up getting a negative result, test again a week later if you still haven't gotten your period to rule out a false negative.
