In my never-ending quest for free stuff I came across the above link. It's just a basic "keep it in you wallet in case of an emergency" thing but it has some pregnancy-specific info on it as well such as your due date, twins, previous miscarriages, etc. too.

It's free - all you do is submit your info, print it off and cut it out.
