id like to know any natural remedies for yeast infections that people have found to work. Over the counter stuff just makes me feel gross.

Unfortunately, while some natural products can help alleviate the symptoms of yeast infections (for example, they may be a bit more difficult to find, but you can actually find acidophilis/plain yogurt vaginal supositories that can help), some of which people may find to work better than the over-the-counter tratments do, usually you're going to need a medicated yeast infection treatment to actually cure the yeast infection.
If the vaginal supositories don't do well with you, you might try speaking with your gynecologist. He/she should be able to prescribe you one of the pill-form treatments. I'm not sure how many there actually are, but there is one prescription that's an easy one-pill dose.

You can also find homeopathic treatments or tea tree oil suppositories at your local natural foods store. Believe it or not, a garlic suppository is another option that works for some women.
But ultimately, you best bet is to prevent the infections in the first place, so looking into the why of yours is a smart place to start, especially if you keep getting them. Such as, what's your daily diet like? How about what you use on your body, etc? How do you manage your menstruation? Might you have any food allergies you aren't aware of?
