i got a slight problem, this girl i'm sseing, i've been down on her twice stupidly without taking any precautions. Both times i've developed a cold sore on my lip, (i know its gross) well i didn't know this but cold sores are a form of herpes... is this true? and if so is it possible she might have something that needs checking out or can it just happen?

The cold sores could be incidental, but I'd say you should probably get checked out. Herpes usually has visible sores, so you may just have oral herpes that has happened to flare up after you've gone down on her, but it's very possible to transmit herpes oral - genital by giving someone oral sex while you've got a cold sore. Personally, I'd abstain from oral sex and get it checked out.
