I read on the Nuva Ring Website that no backup bc is needed even when you leave the ring in for up to 4 weeks. I left my ring in for 3 weeks and like 4 days, now I'm taking it out to start my Period.
Last night I had protected sex twice. When we changed condoms my biyfriend's penis touched like the edge of my upper inner thigh, then later during intercourse his penis touched the same spot then entered my vagina.
Anyway, my question is, is there a high possibility of me being pregnant? Will I be okay to leave the ring out and start my period? Or should I put in a new one and skip my period to be more protected? Should i use the morning after Pill? If any sperm did get inside me it had to be a tiny amount just leftover on my skin.
Thanks so much to anyone who can help!

With one Ring, you are protected for four weeks, regardless of whether you take it out for the placebo week or leave it inside.
So, with any sexual activity that happened last night, you don't need to worry about pregnancy risks. You should have your usual protection from the ring.
However, if you are taking it out now, you will still want to put in a new ring at the end of the fourth week.
