I normally take me BC pill at 9pm but I for got and took it at 10pm. I know this is still considered on time with my combination pill. However, I threw up at about 1:30 that night. Did my pill have enough time to absorb into my body?

If you threw up more than three hours after taking the pill, you can be sure that it was absorbed into your body by then. So, you don't need to count this as a missed pill.
Even if you did want to consider it that, at the most, this would lower your effectiveness to the typical use range of around 92% for that cycle, which is still pretty high.
And if you want to be extra safe, you can back up with a condom for the rest of this pack.
