help me... im about to be vaccinated with gardasil, but the problem is im taking diane 35, will there be any side effects? will diane 35 not work? i can't ask my doctor because my doctor knows my mom and my mom doesn't know that i'm sexually active and that im taking diane 35

Gardasil will not affect your birth control in any way, or vice versa. You may have some side effects that go along with the vaccine, but those are the same side effects that you would get with any other vaccination, such as soreness at the injection site, etc.
However, it is very important to tell you doctor any medications you may be taking, just in case somethign you are on may interfere or interact with some other medication or even some procedures that your doctor puts you on. Doctors have to keep any and everything you tell them confidential, even if they are best friends with your parents. Your doctor can't tell your mom anything you tell them, unless you specifically say that it is ok.
