You know how sometimes, a guy gets turned on and gets an erection from seeing a girl or something sexual? Does this happen to girls to? If so, how does it feel? what exactly happens?

Just a reminder-- not all guys are heterosexual-- girls may not turn some guys on at all.
Physiologically, when a woman is aroused, something will happen that it analogous to an erection in a man-- blood will flow to her genitals, causing some swelling, especially in the clitoris, which is made of similar tissue to the penis. This will be more or less noticable depending on how prominent the woman's clitoris is (it varies). In addition, the vagina will lubricate, as the body's natural preparation for penetration. Different women will produce different amounts of lubrication, and it can also vary quite a bit for individual women.
As to what being aroused "feels like" for a woman-- all women would no doubt describe this differently. Sexual arousal simply refers to the physical and mental state that occurs when one has the urge to engage in some sort of sexual activity.

i see. so the hardening is similar in both. but how does that urge to engage in a sex activity feel for girls? do they feel like they want intercourse? with me and probably most guys u just want that release.

You're assuming that the drive for sex equals the drive for intercourse, which it doesn't.
Women who aren't heterosexual, fori instance, are not likely to want intercourse when they feel a libido surge. Women who enjoy other sexual activities more than intercourse also aren't. And for plenty of people, the physical sexual drive doesn't equal the emotional one: in other words, the drive is generally just for release, which masturbation handles nicely, and when it is nothing but physical, is ideal since using people as sex toys isn't so cool.
But often, people will have little turn-ons from day to day that come and go quickly without any need to do anything about them at all. As you get older, those feel a lot less intense than they do during puberty.
