I'm really confused about my gender identity lately. Sometimes I feel "feminine", sometimes "masculine", sometimes anywhere in between. I'm from a small, conservative Midwest town, and I don't have anyone to talk to about this. I feel like I have to censor myself all the time, and it's killing me.
Has anyone else been here? Any good advice? Please, I need a way to deal with this.

Hey ganymede: You know with society's rules and roles it's often difficult to really understand how we're feeling. What you're feeling is perfectly normal. We don't and won't always feel the same way, and that's okay too. Is there a way that you feel comfortable more often? How about whether or not you're finding in different situations specifically you feel one way or another - for instance around a certain group of friends or at certain places or times?
