I have been smoking for past so many years and because of that my lips are getting dark

1. How some manage to keep their lip colour intact ?
2. What is the best way to Quit Smoking soon ?

Sex is not the sole entity in a relationship. There are commitment, trust, and companionship.
One will realize them in unconditional love.

The BEST way to keep your lip colour intact is to quit [Smile]
I quit smoking by keeping my mind on other things when I get cravings.
Repeating things in your head like 'I dont NEED it I just WANT it' also helps.
I took up putting on loud music and dancing just round the house when I got cravings. Now and again I have slipups where I catch myself lighting up again but they are easily avoided if you keep a weary head when it comes to that.
If anyone offers you one?Say you are quitting.Dont think 'just one more wont hurt'because every time you say that your will power is cracking just a little more.

I love you Sonic :)
