First off, bladder infections aren't always sexually transmitted. bacteria can get into the bladder or urinary tract any number of ways, and infection occur for lots of reasons. Stress, not staying hydrated enough, non-cotton undergarments, all of these things can be contributors or causes.
But bladder infections should NOT be lasting two months. Once given an antibiotic, it should provide relief in just a couple days, and tratment should only last a week or so. As well, bladder infections don't cause a lack of bladder control, quite the opposite: it's difficult to urinate at all with them.
So, sounds like you need a visit to your doctor that's very comprehensive to be sure that IS what this is and to treat whatever it is properly.
