I just found out today that my aunt and uncles dog (basically mine b/c I'm always around when I go over to see him) Sampson (a rottweiler) has a tumor in his pancreas and has spread to his liver. The vet says that he won't make it through the night and no one will be able to be there for him when he finally passes on. I am really upset about this b/c I never really saw him much b/c my aunt and uncle live 5 hours away, but when I DID see him, he was always by my side... I don't know what I am going to do without him. He has been everything to our family, and we are all upset, especially me that he is going to pass on. Is there anything I can do, or should I let nature take its course and forget about Sampson?
