Well that is interesting! I can't decide whether I think it's a good idea or a bad idea though. It's good because it's very private, very simple, and only you have to know. But it's bad because a lot of girls just don't take sex seriously enough and they'd be there all the time because "we just forgot about a condom and it was so special though!" (yeah I've heard that many times, ugh!) So...I'll be back with an opinion.

no, for the reason that you need a prescription to get it (in the united states), and generally, middle and high schools do not have staff qualified to prescribe drugs.

Its just so hard to generalize. I know more than one example where having it available would have prevented a lot of suffering. The thing is everyone should have someone to turn to in an emergency who can help you do whatever needs to be done. i don't think that's usually the school nurse.
