Millions of sources say that having more physical activities time during your period is a great way of getting crams to go away. What types of activites help you to ditch cramps?

For me ... I like to call a friend and go outside for a game of 1-on-1. running around the court always helps me!

I have checked out the article - It's actually one of the things that brought me to the site. My problem though is that I do have PCOS - so for me every month (technically 7 wks) is really different. A lot of the suggestions in the article work for a more typical month, sometimes only physical activities work, and sometimes I stay in bed for a week on pain medications because the pain's become unbearable. I mentioned to my obgyn that being more physical works by itself some months and she suggested asking around and seeing what other people take a more physical approach and try some of the sports or activites that work for them.
