Yup, apparently, there is one.

(Oy, I love these kinds of surveys that link odd things together)

Oh I read that in a magazine. Very interesting...and pointless (but they have the money, so why not put it toward a good cause ?)

What I want to know is, who has so many socks they need a whole drawer?

Who needs a whole drawer?

Who even actually takes the socks out of the laundry basket and puts them IN a drawer?

:P

I have sock and underwear drawer, but I am too afraid to look for anything in it because I think something lives in there. What about people that don't have socks or drawers or televisions or wives? Weird weird America.

LOL

That is so cute ... And yes, I have a sock drawer too. But it's a combo of bras, socks, undies, makeup, body mists, condoms, birth control pills, extra pads and tampons (incase i run out) ... and a whole bunch of other stuff that either won't fit anywhere else or shouldn't be in view of the general public (Dad lol)

Who even actually takes the socks out of the laundry basket and puts them IN a drawer?

Even better, who ever sees their socks again after putting it in the washer?

The last time I wore socks, I was in Secondary school and we had to.

It's already burning hot in Singapore. Socks? That would be insanity.

I hear ya Lin! I wear socks when it rains, and the other 363 days a year out here I stick to my trusty sandals. As a result, socks just kinda sit there in the laundry basket waiting patiently...no drawer for them!

Well, I've just learnt this year in the subject of "Communication Methods and Studies", how to do correlation between things and surveys, etc... and one thing was really the key, was that we should only do a correlation (accurately, a numerical study, and not use the word as a noun without its correct meaning) study between "things" that made sense and could really influence eachother. Which is not very likely the case hihihi But oh well, if they bother to do surveys and all that work just for entertainment, who am I to blame? After all, it's America for those who know it

Do you mean 'correlation does not imply causation'? Ahh! Help! Maths is suddenly being used in the real world! Thought I'd left all that behind now I'm doing a business degree (hehe - course called the DBA, called degree in blagging answers, do bugger all, death by alcohol etc)
Anyway, good article. Me like. If you want more amusing stuff go to the-onion.com, very funny website!

I have a sock/underwear drawer. Mostly underwear, but I have a small section for my socks (which isn't big because my socks tend to wander off). But it's cluttered, so does that mean I'll be successful in my relationships?

Clav,

no, correlation does not imply causation.

causation, in turn, does imply correlation.

kind of obvious reallu

nice to see I'm learning something really useful as to compare sock drawers and sex

is there really a serious link ?

Maybe there is, because then numbers wouldn't be there to confirm it. Altough, you know that we can make the numbers say anything we want. But I don't think that they're independent. I truly believe in the link but I'm not sure why, maybe because I believe in too many things.

See Gummy, there are some things that are so fundamental, that one can't hide them; they are even obvious in your T-Shirt stack. *rofl*
