Jump. Seriously. A few weeks ago, I was feeling depressed and my brother said to me "you should do a jump", so I did, and I felt much better. It sounds silly, but it works.

Writing diaries is a great thing. I agree with glitter695 on that one. I just write my thoughts on pieces of paper sometimes and afterwards, staple it into an old school exercise book - it works out pretty well.
I love playing with the neighbour's kids; they're just so sweet and innocent.
I love playing the piano or writing songs - it makes the time pass.
Smile If you do, it improves your mood. Just start smiling. I forget the reasoning behind why it works... perhaps endorphines or something, but it is supposed to. So smile!!!!

Other than that, a nice dip in the pool can make me feel better on a hot summer day...and a nice dip in a hot tub can raise my spirits on a cool winter one. I guess the troubles really do float away when you're comfy in some water!
