Check with your work about their sexual harrasment policy. Some places frown highly upon employee relationships, and doing so may violate their harrasment policy.
If there's no obstacle there, then you need to ask yourself: What happens if the relationship ends? Will you find a new job? Will he?
As for PP, they do STI screenings. The fee varies, depending on your income level, as they operate on a sliding scale. They can refer you to different places to get health insurance, but they can't do that for you.
Be aware that health insurance is very, very costly. There are cheaper options, but they come at the expense of coverage.
