OK. I like this guy. I am almost positive he knows it. That's because I have been giving him little and major signals for about 2 weeks. Such as, sending him e-mails, writing notes and letters and I even sent him choclates. They all said that I really like you and maybe sometime we can go out. Always signing my full name. Mind you, I am extremely shy and could never approach him and ask him that. He simply isn't talking to me and doesn't even say excuse me or anything. I know he isn't shy and I know he didn't go blind or can't talk but he is completely ignoring me. He doesn't write back or anything. Thanks for listening.

It is possible that the dude's just not interested, or may feel overwhelmed by all the attention. I'd suggest backing off, and giving him a chance to reciprocate or not -- it's up to his choices now.
Milke is probably right, no matter how much it stinks that he won't give you so much as a "hello" it would probably be best to leave him alone. . . or, at least, that is if you're too shy to talk to him about it. It seems like he's trying to give you the brush off, unfortunately, and if I were you, I'd be kind of frustrated by a guy who doesn't even have the guts to just say, "Thanks, I'm flattered, but I'm not interested." Like Milke says, right now, the ball is in your crush's court, and the only thing you can do is wait it out. Pushing it any further could just alienate him.
