Well, i just got off w/ my boyfriend whom right now is about 5 to 6 hours away from me. I called him and he answered and i was kind of upset that he didn't call me when he got up there to tell me that he got up safetly. I told him about that and he said he did try calling. I started to get all upset. I ask him who he is w/ and he said some people that live across the way from his friend, and i asked him if there were any girls, he also said no. I trust him, but there's this insecure side of me, i get very paranoid. No i feel that i shouldn't have called, b/c now i feel like complete crap. There's just this side of me that's very insecure and i start thinking things like my b/f is w/ another girl right now, etc. I just feel terrible. I know this doesn't make much sense, sorry, im just really upset right now. thanks

awww hun! *hugs* I know how you feel about calling up someone, feeling awful, and regretting that you ever called. If you're unsecure about your relationship, I think you need to have a heart-to-heart chat with your boyfriend. I know it's scary when the guy that you're dating is miles away, especially if you have doubts about what he's up to. But hun, just talk to him and maybe he'll be able to assure you that you're the only one for him and he isn't doing anything behind your back. One thing that I think you have to remember though is that a guy and a girl can be friends, even close friends, and have nothing sexual going on. Just talk with your boyfriend though and hopefully he'll understand.

To be honest, I think we have all had that feeling at one time or another...but there is something important to remember. He is with you, and not anybody else. Obviously he find you very special and seens something in you that he doesn't see anywhere else. That alone should give you some sort of solace in the situation.
And as for feeling insecure or jealous, the best way to cure that problem is just to talk to your mate and let him know how you feel. Usually our minds tend to take a situation and warp it so we think that the worst possible scenario is what we are facing. And most of the time, that is just our minds running rampant. So I wouldn't worry too much about it right now, just have a little friendly chat and let him know how you feel. Take care.
