I've read and looked around the forum and so just to clear this up specifically, I do NOT necessarily think that I am pregnant. My boyfriend and I had sex without a condom on the last day of my period. He pulled out AND I'm on the birth control yaz (for over a year) I was fairly sure we would be safe.

A few hours after I felt a slight period cramp but didn't pay much attention. Every day since then I've had period like pain. (From last Monday till today, Sunday) on Friday I had sharp short shooting pain towards my right ovary. Nothing too serious/ severe. Nothing on Saturday. But light cramps and some sharp pains again today.
I'm not necessarily assuming or panicking that I'm pregnant. I am a little worried something could be wrong with me though. Does anyone have any advise? If these are closer to pregnancy symptoms then so be it. I'd just like some feed back. Thank you so much!

Hi cassie, welcome to scarleteen! Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what this cramping is from. Most symptoms have more than one potential cause, so the only way to find out what this is would be to talk to a doctor. If you need help finding a local health clinic, let us know and we can help you out with that [Smile]
