I'm on the last day of my sugar pills and I still haven't gotten my period yet. Last month, my period came early, presumably because I had just gone home for break and I was taking my pills later. My boyfriend and I had sex a few times without a condom, but he was never close to ejaculating. Is there a large chance that I'm pregnant?

So, in this last cycle of pills, were you taking them properly? Around the same time every day?

Up until the last week of active pills that week, I also skipped the last active pill of that pack since my period started already.

So, in your last pack, you missed your last active pill? How about with this pack? You say you were taking your pills properly "up until the last week of active pills that week." What week? And in this pack? Are you say there is any part of THIS pack you did not take properly?
(Just FYI, you NEVER want to not take active pills. You don't stop taking them if and when a withdrawal bleed starts, you always need to take all the active pills in every pack.)

So, if you didn't take an active pill of your last pack, and had intercourse from that week through the first week of the new pack, which you have taken properly, then indeed, your pill may not have been as effective as it can be.
Since it sounds like your withdrawal bleed is late, and you haven't used a backup method, I'd say it'd be sound to test for pregnancy soon. Mind, you may not have become pregnant, periods or withdrawal bleeds can be late for a host of other reasons, but given the mess-up and a lack of backup, I do think taking a test would be wise.
