So I'm on the pill, and take it pretty regularly (like always within 3 hours of the same time, but usually better than that), but I'm still kind of scared that I'm ovulating. I had a little bit of cramping yesterday, and today a little bit of stretchy mucous, although I'm not entirely sure what ovulation mucous looks like. I had otherwise unprotected sex (pill only, no condom) several times yesterday, so yeah, I'm scared. Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately, the only way to know if your pills aren't working is if you become pregnant. That said, starting to check mucous without basal temps and without doing it for a while it's not going to do anything but make you nervous. We do suggest though always going with a back-up method. If your withdrawal bleed won't be until after two weeks, you may want to take a test to help ease your mind.
