Me and my girlfriend had sex on saturday 10/8 and she on birth control. She forgot to take her birth control pill yesterday 10/9. This is her only missed pill, so what can she do for the best mothod to prevent a pregnancy? We used a condom on saturday, but I am a person who worries. Should she take 2 pills today at the regular time? Thanks.

If she missed a pill she should take it as soon as she remembers she missed it. So yes, she should take 2 pills today. She should take the missed one as soon as possible and the other one at her normal time.

Since you used a condom as backup pregnancy risk should be low.
