I'm 16 and more than 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex for only a few minutes. He didn't ejaculate he wasn't even near it but what I'm worried about is precum. Is there a high risk of my becoming pregnant from precum? And by the way he had not ejaculated for days before sex. Now I'm 3 days late for my period I'm so worried if it's due to stress and other factors or am I pregnant. Please help.

Withdrawal is estimated to be 96% effective in perfect use. Unlike other methods, we only have estimates for perfect use with that method, but that estimate has held for a while now. Like many methods, withdrawal most often fails when it isn't used properly, which is part of why it has one of the lowest typical use effectiveness rates of all methods (the other reason is that it often just isn't used at all).
But since you did have intercourse, which can always potentially cause pregnancy, and do have a late period, sounds to me like it's time for a pregnancy test, okay?

I just had a pregnancy test and it's negative. So am I considered safe? Because I remembered I had been down with serious gastric flu previously will that affect my menses?

By all means, illness and the ways our behaviors change with stress can both cause delayed periods.
If you just took a test properly and it's negative, you can be pretty darn sure you are not pregnant. So, best bet? Try and relax some, take care of yourself. If your period still doesn't come in a couple weeks, test again to be sure.

Okay thank you so much it really helped. It might be because I'm too stressed about this matter. But I've been researching on the internet and some sites claim that pregnancy tests are not as effective unless it's a week after a missed period. So must I still be cautious? I have no pregnancy symptoms AT ALL.I feel perfectly fine.

Trying to figure pregnancy by symptoms is never sound, especially early on.
I don't know what you were reading or where, but on every test you buy, it will tell you how to use it properly and how effective it is when used properly, something determined not by anecdotes, but by scientific tests. If your test said it could be X% effective taken at this time, then you can know exactly how effective it can be.
Like I said, though, for some people or some pregnancies, a few days after a missed period can be too early, which is why, if you don't get your period in another week or two, you can test again.
