So my girlfriend and I have been having sex and using a condom every time. But this month she was slightly late on her period and started spotting on the first day of it...then she got a normal heavy flow. She's also been getting many headaches for the past couple of weeks for no real reason. She was also reallly stressed the week before her period. Could she be pregnant. Could my mind be put at ease because she got a heavy flow?

Sounds like she has her period. And it's not possible to have a period and be pregnant.

A period that starts out a little lighter than usual is nothing to be concerned about.
