The past 3 times (which has happened over a month) that me and my girlfriend do anything sexual, either fingering or sex(use a condom every time), she has an extremely painful burning and frequent urination for about a day or two after. (She has no STDs or anything along those lines). After the two days everything is back to normal. Any idea on what this is? She is planning to see the doctor, but any insight on what this is? Urinary tract infection?

Are you making sure to use a good water based lubricant? If not, very likely it could be from the friction.
