if you give someone a BJ and swallow and they think they might have cancer....can you get it? like if someone has cancer and you swallow they're sperm can you get it? i don't think you can but i jsut need to know
However, unprotected oral sex, swallowing or no, does pose risks of sexually transmitted infections, a couple of which can become as serious as cancers can. So, it's best to protect yourself wisely by practicing safer sex when you're not in longtime exclusive relationships where both people have been recently tested for STIs. For oral sex, that means using a condom.
