Hello, just posting this on behalf of a friend of mine. I've said its probably nothing, but I she asked me to post and ask just in case.
Basically, she was having dry sex with her boyfriend, they were both wearing underwear but his were wet... She is worried that there is a pregnancy risk here. I said probably no (as I'd been in a similar situation, and asked scarleteen), but thought I'd check I'm not giving bad advice here.

Unless HER undergarments were soaked with his semen, there would not be a risk. And even in the case that they were, it's usually moderate at best.
However, if they're getting to the point where they are having genital contact with nothing but underwear, it's probably time for them to at least start talking about birth control and safer sex.
