I was stupid last night and while me and my boyfriend were intimate, I let him go inside me.. he didn't ejaculate and was only in me for a minute or two I guess. And yes I know that there is sperm in precum and yes I'm pretty sure there WAS pre. I'm probably worrying over nothing and I make myself nauseous just thinking about it.. I constantly worry profusely until my period comes.. but that's not for another two weeks if I'm correct about that I'm ovulating right now, or was just done today. I'm wondering if I should get an EC, the thing is I don't have any money for it and I'm 19 so they won't give it to me for free? :/

Please help, I need to know the risk of being pregnant or I'm going to tear my hair out worrying about it for the rest of the month.

Are you still on birth control pills? If so, then you did not have a significant risk. If not, your risk is small, but definitely there. Considering the way that you worry, I'd encourage you to get EC if you can.

You can try to give your local planned parenthood a call to see if they offer low cost EC, which they very well may.

Withdrawal used perfectly: in other words, your partner DID withdraw before a full ejaculation, is around 96% effective.

If you're comfortable with that 4% window, okay. If you're not, then you may want to use EC. If you don't have money for it, perhaps your boyfriend does?

If not, your local Planned Parenthood clinic has sliding scale fees, so EC may be free or very low cost (as in, $10 or so) for you.
