Hi, I just had a really quick question. I am absolutely seething because I just found out that this guy forcefully fingered my sister. He pinned her to a wall against her will and did it. I realize this is rape, but I'm not sure if there are degrees of it? Does anyone know if it is considered first second third or what? I want to nail this guy. Thanks.

Hey there, xXToxThexStarsXx- sexual assault laws vary from state to state. Right now, the most important thing to do is to support your sister in whatever way she needs at the moment. If she's unsure of what she needs, she may find RAINN's hotline and website helpful.
