ok, so i feel like im just being really paranoid, but here it goes:

i was fooling around with my boyfriend on the last day of my period last month, and we didn't actually have sex but he came and it got on his fingers before he fingered me. he did wipe them off but not that much, we didn't even realize how stupid it was until after it happened. I should mention also that i am on birth control, but i had forgotten to take the 2 pills before the placebo week. Anyway, it has been a month now, and yesterday i took an EPT pregnancy test on the first day of my placebo pills and it tested negative. however, i heard that sometimes it doesn't get an accurate reading that early, and i just wanted to know what my chances are that i actually am pregnant. im sure it is a really low chance, but it is stressing me out so much to think i might be that i feel like i am going crazy. i should also mention that i have not got my period yet, but it usually takes a few days on the placebos for that to happen anyway.

Sperm dies fairly quickly once exposed to air, and if your boyfriend wipes his fingers on top of that, it is really very unlikely that there was any viable sperm left on his fingers that might have impregnanted you. So, your risk was pretty close to zero.

And pregnancy tests are accurate at 10-14 days after the risk, and pregnancy tests are very reliable, of you waited a month and tested negative, you can trust that result.

You're not pregnant. [Smile]
