I have been on birth control for 3 years now. I forgot to take my pill on a Sunday. It was my first pill for the new cycle of birth control to begin for the month of December. I took both Sunday and Mondays pill on Monday night around 4pm. Around 2 am I woke up and started to vomit. The next night I had sex with my boyfriend. He did not ejaculate in me, he pulled out. I am just concerned about the risk I took having sex the night after.
I am always very prompt with the time and taking my birth control. I have been taking the pill for this month at the same time and have yet to miss another day.
Should I be concerned about being pregnant?

Not really. If you've normally been diligent about taking your pills on time, AND you've been on them for three years, one missed pill won't affect you.
Throwing up might also disrupt the cycle if your body hadn't registered the hormones yet, but I don't think that's a problem here.
