Is it possible to just delay your period for one week on birth control? I don't mean skipping it entirely, I mean delaying it just one week, and then sticking with that cycle. Is this safe to do? Will there be any spotting?

These questions are best answered by the person who prescribed your birth control. S/he's familiar with your health and your method of birth control and can give the most accurate answer. This can probably be handled over the phone instead of making an office appointment though.
