lets say if you've had anal sex more than twice and you get a bump around the anal area what is it?

We can't diagnose bumps over the internet, but if you've been having unprotected anal sex, you really should get a full STI test done anyway. While you're at your doc's office, you can ask them to take a look at that bump.

We have absolutely no way of knowing what it could be over the internet. The best thing you could do is go visit a doctor to find out what it is, especially if it's painful or itchy at all. (Was STI protection used during both instances of anal sex?)
