Recently, I gave a blowjob to my boyfriend and he came. He got the semen on his hand , but after he went to the bathroom to clean it off his hands. I'm not sure how well he cleaned it off, but it was most likely just some water and tissue. Afterwards he fingered me. Now its been a few days after and I've been really worried that I am pregnant. Am I at a risk for pregnancy?

There's really NO risk for pregnancy from what you've described.

Washing hands (even with just water) would have removed any semen present.

There's no risk of pregnancy, as ErinK said, and even so, symptoms of pregnancy are not usually felt until around 2 or 3 months in- so your back pain is likely caused by something else.

and i have another question,
i am still a virgin, so even if he did have some semen on his hand (which i doubt because he said that he was going to go and wash his hnads off and when he came back they were dry), would i have a high chance of getting pregnant?

Virginity, as it is a social concept rather than a physical difference, does not change pregnancy odds. So, if his hands were dripping with semen, you'd have had the same risk as anybody else, and we'd have recommended EC. But in your case, you're okay because his hands weren't.

okay, because i know that they weren't soaked in semen, so im guessing this back pain im having maybe due to anxiety or my period coming up. hopefully.

Y'know, honestly, if you're really that worried, you could always pick up a pregnancy test if it's been 10-14 days since this happened.

Also, all (hetero)sexual activity has the potential to present a pregnancy risk (some more than others obviously)- accepting this and being prepared to deal with it is part of being ready for sexual activity. So if you're finding yourself super paranoid about this stuff a lot, perhaps it's time to think about whether or not you're really ready for it.
