Okay, so my boyfriend and I were wondering...
I've been on Alesse for nearly my whole first cycle (I have 2 pills left before I start the placebos), and have been taking my pills regularly and have not forgotten any.
We had sex, without a condom, with ejaculation inside me, and I've been reading mixed opinions all over these forums- are we at risk? Some people say you have to finish your first cycle before you have protection, yet my Alesse package insert says you only have to take your pill regularly for 7 days before it becomes safe.
So what *really* is the risk factor in this case?
(And there is no risk of STIs in this case, so that's not a concern)

I'd consider your risk small in this case. You can take a pregnancy test 14 days after the incident, though, to be sure.
