My friend had sexual intercourse on thursday and her boyfriend ejaculated inside her vagina as the sex was unprotected she went away for the weekend and couldnt get access to the emergency contreceptive pill what else can she do as the chances are that she is pregnant!!!

Wait. That's all she can do.

Honestly, unless her boyfriend raped her, she made the choice to do that, and those be the consequences.

So, now she has to wait until at least ten days after the incident or until her next missed or late period and take a pregnancy test. Then he and she a month or so from now can go get ther STD and STI screens.

so if she misses a period she should take a test and if she is what can she do????

She can take a test if her period is late, or as soon as it's been 10-14 days since she had sex, whichever is sooner.

If she is pregnant, she'll then have to choose between having an abortion, carrying the pregnancy to term and placing the baby for adoption, or carrying the pregnancy to term and raising the baby herself.

And FYI, emergency contraception can be effective up to 100 hours after the sex in question, so - even if she couldn't have postponed her weekend away to get EC - she could still have gotten it on Monday.
