My boyfriend and I have fooled around twice since we've been going out. Each time he has fingered me. He says his hands were dry but, I'm not too sure. Can I get pregnant if he had some sort (not exactly semen) fluid on his hands? I'm so worried about this and I want to know if there have been alot of pregnancy do to this type of situation.

If he had fresh semen or pre-ejaculate (sperm can only survive outside a "friendly environment" for 20-30 minutes at most) on his fingers, then touched your vulva or penetrated your vagina with those fingers, then yes, you'd have a potential pregnancy risk (not to mention an STD risk).

However, guys don't just walk around with sperm on their fingers. He would have to have touched his own penis within 20-30 minutes of touching you for that to happen.
