My period has been very strange lately and I was just wondering why it would be like this its never done anything like this before..well i should tell u what it is hey! I would start my period round normal time but then in a day it would be done then a day later come back then leave for a few more days then return it does this for about 7-8 days. is this strange becuz i knwo that if u just started ur period its not very consistant but iv had mine for at least 4 years shouldnt it be regular now?

Your period isn't just a constant stream of blood and tissue leaving the body -- what you're describing sounds perfectly normal.

However, sudden changes in your cycle, especially those that come with increased flow or cramping are usually worth mentioning to your health care provider. Why not give her/him a call and get a quick opinion from someone familiar with your body and your history?
