ANYTIME you have direct, unprotected genital contact between a man and a woman you've got a pregnancy risk and STD and STI risks.As your clitoris is part of your genitals, yes, you've had at least a moderate risk of pregnancy.
Unless you have been pregnant for a few weeks, it would be unusual to have symptoms this early. if it has been less than 72-100 hours, I suggest emergency contraception if you do not wish to become pregnant, as well at STD and STI screens for the both of you in the next month. And that if you're both going to continue to be sexually active that you have a long talk about STD prevention (such as with testing and using condoms for things like oral sex and genital play) and birth control, and that you obtain both, before you repeat your endeavors.
